I think the danger in suspending him is that it would admit some culpability.

Yep. The accessory and facilitator. As for the game, ummm SC doesn't play defense. They just don't. They have some good shooters but they suck at rebounding and defending.
Tennessee beat them 85-42 back before we started our slump and even then we weren't a great shooting team and never have been under Barnes.
I will say that with the slump and fire SC is showing right now I'm far more worried about the rematch than I was.

He’s not under investigation. This is not some new revelation discovered by police. They and subsequently the DA knew about it. Some of what’s been reported has been sensationalized or is untrue. People, including media, should get the facts before rushing to conclusions and judgement.
