I just take it as a compliment at this point. 14 sec teams have seen their seasons end so far, but it seems like Texas is the only one worth talking about.
Seems like we really rattled some cages in our first year in the conference across all sports

Schloss appears to have selected the Jimbo career progression path. Lock in the big contract so whoever fires you looks like a dumbass, then lean back and relax until the contract is paid off for the golden retirement.
He took over a shitty roster in College Station and made a Super and two CWS in three years.

Texas was told they had zero shot of competing in the sec. Most especially in football and baseball. You’d be naive to say otherwise
And they competed quite well in their first year
Obviously they won’t be the last team standing in Omaha this year. But I highly doubt anybody realistically expected Texas to win a national title or even come close with a first year head coach with the last regime’s players. They were barely a preseason top 20 team

You had the most talented team in the league and finished 3rd to last, then retained the coach....what the frick are you babbling about?
