really not the players job to call the officiating out
As a player I would never make those comments
Commish can’t fine the players

It’s still a joke the sec allows it to happen
And the refs are never held accountable
I realize it’s a tough job but sat afternoon was inexcusable with certain plays that were reviewed and certain calls that were made like the grounding and calls not made, missed obvious hold by bama dbs and missed targeting in ark and tenn game

Bama does not get away with more calls than other teams. No one sees the calls missed that favor their team. The hold on 74 on Bryces TD run was ridiculous. It was not even close to a hold. It was perfect technique. Do calls go Bamas way absolutely but the same thing happens to the other team as well in a ball game.

Only one. Your team certainly doesnt have the credibility.

Since the BCS began? Other than Alabama,

2001 Nebraska didn’t win their division and played for the title.
2003 Oklahoma lost the conference title game and played for the title.
2016 Ohio State didn’t win their division and was invited to the playoffs.
2020 Notre Dame (played as an ACC member last year) didn’t win their conference and was invited to the playoffs.

And, of course, Alabama has been invited twice.

The BCS started in 1998, so on average it happens about once every four years- but don’t let that keep you from pumping the narrative that it’s only Bama. This is 2021. Facts don’t matter anymore.

Weird you didn’t mention the missed blatant OPI on Arky on that TD pass. Wonder why

He also blamed the refs in the Ga loss this year.

It’s a barner tradition of sorts………goes back to the shug days.
No one really ever beat auburn under shug because it was always something and after a loss to Alabama shug claimed auburn would have won but they just ran out of time.

That and he benefited from 2 fluke pick-sixes.

No one outside of Auburn likes or respects him. Half the Auburn fanbase look at him in the same way.

Do people actually think SEC refs have special instructions to dictate games? Or is it just possible SEC refs are shite? Like stated above, why would SEC refs protect Auburn this year?

It has been at least 5 years since I followed games closely, but to be honest with you, the flagrant bias shown towards Bama by refs when I was more invested from 2009-2014 was a part of the reason I decided to back away from caring all that much. Why invest that much emotional and financial capital in a sport that was so obviously rigged? I still notice it, but it doesn't really affect me as a casual fan.

Hey remember that year when Auburn gave Gus that giant extension after he beat Bama and he proceeded to get arse blasted against UGA and UCF?
No shame in losing to the National Champion.
