For the most part I agree. Saban´s a better coach than he was when he landed in Ttown in 07. There´s no reason to think his evolution wouldn´t have happened in Red Stick.
Only sticking point might have been Mal Moore and the way he molded the framework for Saban´s authority. Without total author...
