Bo Knows Science!
So now Bo uses to help with workouts? Commerical makes me laugh bc it goes against my vision of Bo Jackson.
I think Bo Jackson is awesome and good for him getting paid.
My question - I thought Bo didn't work out. I thought he just did nature stuff and shoot his bow to stay fit. I always loved that image. I just think of him hating crowds and working on his arrows in his garage. I don't want that image tarnished with him being a gym baw carrying around a gallon water jug around.

Does Bo really workout at gym? I don't care he is getting paid. Just curious if my image of Bo is right.

I do kind of like the idea of Bo in his little garage room reading empirical evidence lol
See him with arrows all around, pot belly stuff, and glasses studying the science.
Also don't know what his degree is in, but always struck me as intelligent dude at least for football player.

Like all people, even Bo can't escape age. He had put on weight as he aged and I think he does workout/exercise some now to stay in better shape.
He isn't that young Adonis that can roll out of bed with his muscles growing over night anymore.
He also does Bo bikes Alabama stuff, but he still isn't a work out warrior though.

He has to workout right - he isn't Herschel Walker who looks 29. That said he is in better shape then he was on the put on weight stage.

I’m just hoping this whole thread went through Siri or some other speech to text application. Please don’t tell me someone went through 12+ years of education and still believes the words written here are in standard American dialect English.

Yeah he still does the Bo Bikes Bama thing annually which is pretty good for a guy in his mid 50's with an artificial hip. Keep in mind he started that rally in order to help your fricked up little community over in Tuscaloosa.

He doesn’t work our and never has. He used to do sit-ups and push-ups during commercials while watching TV. (That may be a lie too) he is an absolute freak of nature and maybe best athlete in my lifetime.
We had a running back like that in high school, built like a bodybuilder. Went in gym and out the back door at first chance. I killed myself 3 hours a day. He beat my bench by 30 pounds and my lift total by 300 pounds and won weightlifting title without even trying. I think he squatted over 500 pounds before coaches stopped worrying about injury. Never ever lifted a weight was just born that way. Played running back at Jackson State or Alcorn.
