Scott Strick is his boss so don't expect him to be forced to hire an OC, he honestly thinks he is a great play caller. Hopefully he gets fired this year.

He truly believes that it doesn’t matter if the defense knows the exact playcall. He believes as long as the players execute perfectly, the play will work.
