The jury is still out on Kirby and he could certainly flop, but he already accomplished more than McElwain ever did.
3rd agreement with a leg humper today! personal record for me. These UGA are starting to sound reasonable.

Why does this board think that UGA is the only team that lost leadership and production?? Bama lost more than we did, I assume you dont think yall will lose 5 games. USCe lost a ton, but it won't affect them?? The fear of UGA is hilarious.
If you think I fear UGA or Kirby you are delusional but that is a classic deflect to throw it back. I stated who I thought could beat you. I never said UA would go undefeated or made any claim to the outlook our season. My assessment is that UGA has a tougher schedule then many want to admit especially with some early test as the new players are learning to accept their roles. Both road games will be difficult but only UGA fans ignore that. But these are the same UGA that ignored how bad of a coach CMR was for so many years.
The hilarious part is UGA fans have already claimed the champs of the east before the season has started. I have not seen any UA fan feel that confident about the west yet like the pups do. Just saying

Saying that UGA should win the East isn’t saying they will. USCe should be better and the game will most likely be close, but UGA is still favored to win. If UGA isn’t the front runner for the east, then who is?

Not a deflect at all. Bama sees what Kirby is building, there should be fear.
Any reasonable fan will admit that the talent gap between UGA and USCe or Mizzou is very large and growing. So by you saying you believe UGA will be 4-2 going into LSU, you are not saying that we could lose, you are saying we will lose to 2 vastly inferior teams. That's just ridiculous.
Who ignored that Richt was bad?? Any rational UGA fan has been saying it's time for a change for years.
We feel confident we will win the east, that's not crazy. We were undefeated in the East, and we won every game by 14+. I don't see anyone getting closer to out level of talent this year, in fact the gap is getting wider. Saying we will win the east is not really that bold. Nearly every media outlet is saying the same thing.
Saying Bama will win the west is not really that bold either. Auburn is your one tough game, and you get them at home. No one else is even close.

Uh, Bama didn't win the West last year. That's why there's no confidence.
UGA crapped on every East team last year. No game was even close.
There's a big difference here.

We'll be up late on Florida and then leave a wide receiver wide open and give up a TD with 20 seconds left to lose.
Or all of our QBs are injured or suspended by the 2nd game and Snell just beats them running out of the wildcat.
Because when we end streaks, we do it in the most unconventional fashion ever.

We've beaten Georgia 3 out of the last 4 games at Williams Brice. In each of those games, Georgia was the higher ranked team. It's understandable as to why we feel this way.
Spurrier and richt are gone.

Richt had plenty of doubters.

UGA fans are quite uppity these days. They need to be brought down a peg or two.
I think they drop 1 they shouldn't this year for sure. Cocky sons of bitches.

Not really. Posted a recap of the game from ESPN stating that it was a tough game for Georgia. Nice try though.

Yeah they're stat monsters but UGA doesn't really have a whole lot to be worried about as far as RBs. Swift in very limited time has already proven what he's about, and we have last year's #1 RB in america waiting behidn him. Somethign tells me we'll be alright.

No, it didn’t say that. “Toughest game” out of tons of blowouts doesn’t make it “extremely tough” as you put it. It said we were “tested early”, which implies it didn’t last long.

MSU beats Auburn
LSU beats MSU
Auburn beats LSU...…….
One of those 3 teams beats Bama and there's a tie in the West

There was zero dropoff when they left the field for the new guy last year. Did you not watch us play?

you mean games where you were blowing teams out and Swift came in after the defense was worn down and quit?
You realize having fresh legs against a tired defense doesn't mean those stats will necessarily transfer when those guys are the primary backs, right? In no game last year do I recall Swift or Holyfield shouldering the load of carries before the game was out of hand.
