T. Daniels was 22-30 for 135 yards with 1 INT in that game against Clemson. It's not like he lit up the scoreboard.

You seem to be missing the point and ignoring numerous factors in regards to that game.

His health wasn’t reliable enough to give him that job back

We were a very, very good run defense last year and had a solid rotation of run defenders. Georgia just made plays in the run game down the stretch.

You always make good points. Your fellow fans let you down so often.

Daniels' doctors said that he was not healthy enough to play. UGA's doctors disagreed.

So, Daniels was cleared to play but didn't. That's all we needed to know.

It was learned after the Clemson game that JT played with an injury that he received a week or so before. He wore a protective vest the entire game. Not surprising he didn’t light up the scoreboard. But he was tough and played well enough to put Clemson away. And he didn’t whine about being hurt either.

Acl injury recovery protocols limit snaps.

If he was in danger of further injury, he wouldn't have been playing and practicing for a month.

Dumb take. Injury recovery protocols set play limits to prevent re-injuring the acl.

Georgia was good enough to kick Bamas arse. 33-18
It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to see how you Bama fans are still hurting.

If he turns out to be the best QB he will. Kirby knows how to evaluate talent.

Yup.
Our leading receiver was a true freshman (brock bowers) who had not played a football game since 2019 (covid cancelled football in CA).
(2nd leading receiver for catches was running back James Cook)

Our second leading receiver (yards) was a walkon named Jaylin Johnson.

Our third leading receiver (catches) was a freshman (ladd mcconkey) who had not played a football game since 2019 due to redshirt.

Our second leading receiver (targets) was a true freshman (AD Mitchell) who had not played a football game since 2019 (covid).

All of that was because Pickens' ACL, Jermaine Burton's knee, kearis Jackson's knee,
Darnell Washington's foot, & Arian Smith's lower leg.

Yes and no.

Daniels was not cleared by his medical team.

As i said, those types of differing opinions happen.

Injury recovery is when you are recovering and not playing. That's why it's called recovering. Saying there was a risk of further injury just means he was fine, or he wouldn't have been playing at all, since there is no way to know 10, 20, 30, etc. plays increases risks since the more plays the more risks is true for everyone.

Alabama fans should know about poor QBs that have won championships. Thing is....we beat Alabama with a walk on QB and a safety that was a walk on. (Jackson did not start, but got a lot of playing time.)

It would appear as if Alabama got beat by a bunch of walk ons and freshmen.

So, in your valued opinion a player coming off an ACL tear in 6-7 months should be at full speed?

This was Bryce Young's first real season in the college game as his playing time was very limited last year due to the nature of the schedule.

The only reason Young won the Heisman was great WRs and RBs. When he had to do something on his own he failed. When Bennett had to perform (after that doubtful fumble) he came through with two TDs and some great play calls.
Bennett said, "I won't let my play be the reason we lose."
Young said, "I wish I had those great WRs to chase down my errant throws."

The entirety of the sports world knows a repeat of the game in ATL would have happened with our two 1000 yd WRs. Even without our skill guys Bama led for 3 qtrs and out yarded Georgia once again. A veteran heavy Georgia squad had to get lucky vs Bama in their “down” year.

You know it...I know it...everybody knows it.

A Bennett led Georgia team doesn’t move the needle. ESPN will continue to only talk about the preseason no. 1 team. The team that is the odds on favorite to win it all and the team with the heisman returning QB.

No one cares about your backed in title outside of Athens.
