Also, last weekend when the stabbing happened at the Jupiter and the police sprayed mace into the crowd Nico Johnson was seen running away from the crowd.
That's not a nice post. Rumors gonna run wild.

No way. Horny's and Red Shed are worse
Other than having to hold your nose so you don't smell the month old urine stench coming from the bathroom, red shed ain't bad.
Still can't find any info on the injured person. The BOL mod said they've been in contact with the hospital and law enforcement but still don't no who was hurt. Guess they're withholding the person's name for whatever reason.

Its not against team rules to go out and they already arrested the guy that stabbed the bouncer. If anything I think its good that Nico was getting the frick out of there.

It was always the worst bar from there, just because they had the strangest people there. Im open minded but frick there were always some straight weirdos
Tuscaloosa doesn't really have bars for weird people, which is why you get the odd mishmash of oddballs at Egan's. That's what makes it great for me though. No one ever gives you trouble, the music is better than most places on the strip. Frankly, I'm more comfortable in Egan's than anywhere else in Tuscaloosa precisely because of the open minded attitude of the patrons.

I had a fraternity brother that loved Egans. I've never been but I don't spend much time out at bars. If I go out I only go to the Houndstooth.

I can see that for sure.

He was just selling girl scout cookies and was running to catch up with someone who over paid.

I'd much rather they run away than stay and fight. People who go to college and play sports should be able to have normal college experiences too.

Somebody's street cred just went up. Firing a gun in a public place is like graduating high school in the hood. You think they threw a party afterwards celebrating the event.

So he should have just stayed and hung out and chatted the police up?

Agree 100%. In situations like that police detain anyone that they believe could be involved and Nico getting out of there was in his best interest. I hope what I'm hearing about Nico stepping up and becoming a leader on the team is true. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders and looks out for his teammates (he was at the hospital last night)

Gunshots were definitely fired. They woke me up.

RIP The Chukker.
I didn't really appreciate Egan's until after I graduated, but I was there in the 90's when thd strip wasn't all commercial. All the bars were shady and dirty, and drugs were plentiful. And you could go out in shorts, a tshirt, and Birkenstocks.
