BIG10 will be playing more high profile OOC games in the coming seasons. Texas, OU, Bama are all going to either Michigan, OSU or both in the next 3 years.

Big Ten simply doesn't have enough caliber teams to justify a three-network selection process.
Notable weeks:
October 9th: USC at Maryland, Michigan at Illinois, Nebraska at Indiana
November 8th: Purdue at Ohio State, Washington at Penn State, Maryland at Oregon
November 16th: Ohio State at Northwestern, Penn State at Purdue, Nebraska at USC, Oregon at Wisconsin
November 22nd: Indiana at OSU, PSU at Minnesota, USC at UCLA, Wisconsin at Nebraska
Idk what CBS was thinking

CBS and Verne Lundquist built the mystique with its prime slot every Saturday. Not sure if CBS had the money to fight Mickey Mouse but paying close to what Disney paid to replace them seems stupid on CBS.
I suspect in the future it would be smart for the SEC to bid out future Texas/ Ohio State games and Bama/ ND games etc etc.
Bid out the conference games to one entity but outsource all other non conference games to highest bidder etc.
Seems Disney outsmarted Sankey again
Thoughts?

They paid $350 million for this when the SEC offer on the table was only $300 million.
CBS is paying more for much much less.
The B1G's C game is worth $50 million more than the SEC's A game.
