Seriously. He got to the B1GCCG by default with Ohio State and PSU being ineligable in the division...

in one of the absolute worst seasons I've ever seen the conference have.

He had a good chunk of his staff leave... that accounts for a lot of their problems

You my friend are definitely butthurt. You've been all over the boards today trying to convince yourself that this was a good hire. Good luck.

As much as I hate Arky, this is a great hire.

He's young and already has enjoyed great success in the Big 10 so not gonna be quick to jump ship for another job if he turns Arky around.

Only drawback is he is walking into a job where recruiting is already a challenge and he has no relationships with regards to recruiting the SEC region. He's gonna have to have assistant coaches that have those relationships.

Otherwise, we'll done.

I still can't stand you fricks, though.

Do you really think it's a bad hire?

No. As I've said already, I think he's a decent coach. I'm just measuring him against the expectations of your fanbase. I think he'll keep Arkansas right about at your historical medium (I.e., 3rd place in the west with the occasional ability to knock off numb 1 or 2).

I think they skeered! They all thought we wer gonna get some no name assistant or FCS coach and BOOM outta the park bitches! Now we circling the bases...slowly, with one wing down, hat backwards and our d#$ks hanging out!! Just like I predicted.

Nobody asked but I'll offer my opinion. I think he's a good coach and it's a good hire. I don't know if that is enough to translate into the type of success Arkansas fans were thinking they were on the verge of with Petrino. Petrino was one of, if not the, best offensive mind in college football. And he was able to maximize every player on the offensive side due to that, regardless of talent at some positions. And I think he had a pretty good eye for talent at skill positions and obviously at quarterback.

With that said, it's just uncertain if Bielema will be able to recruit and whether he can get the horses to do what a team like Bama or LSU is able to do from a talent standpoint. I think he wins, just not sure how much.

Will be interesting to see. Guys surprise us in a positive and negative way all the time.

Yeah...this will have to change or we will be f$%ked. Wonder if they have to be married or just shacking up? You know sometimes you can't be married on paper or else you lose benefits.
