I have only seen Favre warm up before a game, and the kid's passes are very impressive. I will give him that.

Kid has the best arm of all of our QBs.

You guys can hate all you want, but the kid is going to surprise you when he gets his opportunity.

I don't see him pushing Bray, though.

Personally I hope he beats him out. Bray doing that cut throat thing in the bowl game was a true little bitch move. Seeing him cry afterwards made me further believe in his bitchness haha.

#1) Are you kidding me??? Yes as far as talent goes Jefferson and Lee blow Chris Relf and Tyson Lee out of the water. Difference was that ya'll had a VERY GOOD offensive minded coach.
#2) Back to the point of who is going to be a better SEC QB I'll take Mett and Rivers of Dylan Farve any damn day.

State also has a Louisiana kid in Dak Prescott who will be a freshman this fall.

Snead had the "IT" factor as well.

...unfortunately, we didn't know what "IT" was until it was too late.

Zach "Wolverine" Mettenberger

or "Werewolf"

I think he would be great quarterback for LSU

Prescott will see the field before Farve does

I see u are a State fan, but u are wrong on this. Farve is the next John Bond at State.

Only way that happens is if Bray does nothing other than smoke pot between now and August.

QB is probably the hardest position to predict. If I was going to pick one, it would be an AR QB.

Speaking of that UGA fans was Mett really beating out Murray for the starting job.

I wouldn't say that. The only comparison was Mett did look better in last year's Spring game but then again he was also playing against our 2nd team defense. But make no mistake, Mett is big and strong and an accurate passer. He has limited mobility but better than Mallet I would say. With good coaching, I can easily see Mett having a Mallet-like impact on LSU's offense. Honestly I wish we still had him but he would probably be 2nd string behind Murray who had a monster first season.
