Either Thomas Davis or Tim Jennings.

Davis was a 2* freak that went unnoticed because he went to such a small rural school. Went on to be an all American safety and, well, we all know what he has done in the NFL

Tim Jennings was an undersized DB whose only other offer was South Carolina State. Went on to be a total star for us at CB on the 2005 sec championship team and played and started many years in the NFL

dammit tyler. When I saw the thread I was going to literally say both of these players and say almost verbatim what you wrote. Only other thing I was going to add was that our staff discovered Thomas Davis while watching him play basketball.

That's correct about Rashad. I don't believe he had ANY D1 scholarship offers.

Javier Arenas had offers from schools like FIU, so I'd say Javier.

From recent memory

Vick Ballard- had a couple of SWAC offers.

B-Mac-he had like two offers

Both in the league.

Trey Flowers has been mentioned. He was a 2* with only an offer from Ga Tech.

Jamal Anderson was a 2* wide receiver that Hootie Nutt recruited as a DE. He was a 1st round draft pick.

Chris Gragg was a 2* wide receiver that played with Greg Childs and Jarius Wright at Warren. All-SEC tight end who is having a solid NFL career.

Most recently, Cam Sutton. I think Auburn came on late for him but he wasn't highly recruited at all

Omitted another 2*. Johnathan Luigs from Little Rock. He won the Remington Award in @2009.

You gotta go walk ons....Florida had Kerwin Bell, walk on from tiny Mayo, Fl that no one really knew about...he was All SEC QB and even MVP SEC.

Louis Oliver walked on at UF with an academic scholly, his sister was on the Gator track team...# 18 was a LBer sized safety in the mid to late 1980s from the Everglades and with speed and power 6'2" 220 lbs....he brought not just timber but the whole forest when he lit up WRs or RBs. Crossing patterns were suicide with Oliver and Jarvis Williams back there. Oliver was first round pick of the Dolphins and Jarvis was second round for the same team.

Olivers best quote all time " I like to hit them so hard that their teeth clatter "
