You only have about a decade left to deal with it. He owns your team anyways.

You know the purpose of the Committee is to give us the 4 best teams, right?

So 1 loss, 7 4th quarter comeback win TCU was better than Alabama with 2 losses vs top 15 teams by a combined 6 points last year?

Consistency.

He advocates for his players just like every other coach does, including Kirby Smart. I guess Kirby should have just said we got beat so move on. What he did say was, “if the committee doesn’t think that Georgia is one of the best 4 teams they don’t need to be doing the job.” And there’s nothing wrong with that.

Alabama's resume last year was not playoff worthy. Our best wins were 8-4 Mississippi State, 8-4 Ole Miss and 8-4 Texas.

Saban did his job and tried to sell us but we didn't have the wins and TCU did, regardless of how they did it. And TCU got the spot and we went to the Sugar Bowl.

Now do TCU's best win. And how they lost to kansas state who was ranked below both teams alabama lost to by a worse amount of points.

Everyone has an opinion on who the best 4 teams are, but other than the games that are played, and the results of those games. No ones opinion means anything. Underdogs win all the time that's what makes sports great. Just because you think a team is a top 4 team doesn't mean they are a top 4 team in results. FSU was a top 4 team in results.

Anyone arguing that a team playing a back-up QB is one of the 4 best teams in college football is a moron. Period.

No outrage over Texas being above FSU? They have 1 loss too. It’s just butthurt nerds being butthurt.

If it was alabama and fsu swapped and this happened to Bama you would not be saying this stop.

For what? If it was the 3 undefeated teams they would be the 4th team because they won head to head vs the other team they were competing with for the spot.

Look, if Alabama was just sitting there with - for example - our 2022 resume (let's even throw LSU in there as a win for us)........I don't think we should be in regardless of FSU's situation.

But our resume is extremely good. We have 1 loss to another playoff team early in the season. Florida State didn't play another team as good as the team we lost to. So yes, they are undefeated, but their schedule isn't in the same stratosphere as ours. In fact, it's one of the 10 worst P5 schedules in the country. So undefeated, sure, but undefeated without having played another semi-elite team all season? Ok?

- Alabama played Georgia and Texas
- Michigan played Ohio State
- Washington played Oregon twice
- Texas played Alabama

Florida State played........LSU and Louisville. Sorry, that level of "undefeated" doesn't just get a free pass no matter what. This sucks for Florida State and I get it. There is legitimate discussion/argument to be had about whether they should have been let in. But Alabama is in because of what they did on the field against top level teams over a 13 game season, not because they have a high 247 talent ranking.

Saban is different from every other coach.

Every coach would say, "we are one of the top 4 teams".

Saban says that another team is one of the top 4 teams... and then votes them #5 because they don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

Saban says that Vegas would favor his team over others.

These are things other coaches don't do.

And he's your coach. I get you. You will always love your coach. That's how college football works.

It is the Gary Danielsons and kirk herbstreits who bother me. They follow his shite like it is a $10,000 hooker. As I said, the hypocrisy is tiresome.

As Saban said... playoffs are never about the 4 best teams (until he thinks Vegas will convince others to vote his team in).
That is never how playoffs work

Eli Manning built a super bowl career by not being the best team.
TCU pissed off half of college football by not being the best team.
And if you've watched MLB baseball the past 25 years, you know the playoffs are never about the best team.

College football is going to 12 teams next season.
If fans haven't figured out that playoffs are not about best teams by then, it will certainly slap them in the face.
