The NCAA doesn’t sanction a football championship

That pic looks worse than most Sasquatch photos.
Why so sad? Ole Miss has as many national champeenchips as LSU?
It's OK, DS. I'll buy you one at Markey's next time I'm there. You'll just need to walk over from the Country Club to collect it.

None of this has anything to do with sanctioning a championship like they do in the other sports. Are you really this dense?

It’s not a belief, it’s a fact. There were 2 recognized selectors in the pre-playoff days and Ole Miss didn’t ever finish #1 in either of them.
It’s not that I have an axe to grind against Ole Miss, the facts are what they are. I have to defend Alabama’s 1964 claim for the same reason. You think I want to do that??

Pathetic
You can’t support your position with facts so you have to flail on the wind like this. It’s hard to watch.

quote:Wrong. There were far more than just 2. Again. You don't want to acknowledge the national championship Ole Miss has, even though the NCAA and multiple other sources do, because of your blind hate for a program that's supposedly beneath LSU

I didn't think that would have struck as much of a nerve as it did.
Here-the NCAA-the corrupt, no-good, low down scoundrels that they are-give us credit for one outright in 1960 and we get credit for 1962: NCAA National Championships
I take both because I can.
