Based on my experience, Auburn is #1 on the worst fanbase to visitors list. After they beat us, their fans literally ran my friends and me out of town while threatening to beat the shite out of all of us even though some of my friends were old men and women in their 70s. I'll never forget it and get much pleasure every time we beat them especially when we beat them at Auburn.

LSU fans are insufferable people to away teams. There was a video going around last year where about 40 of their fans surrounded an Ole Miss girl and screamed tiger bait at her and freaked her out so bad she had a panic attack. Just the worst

I will be happy to buy any of y'all a beer and enjoy talking some football if we ever cross paths in real life.

Based on my experiences, which is every stadium except UK, Arky, TAMU and Mizzou, I’d say

Best:
State
Alabama
Vandy

Indifferent to visitors:
Ole Miss
Tennessee

Light hostility:
SC
UGA

Widespread open hostility to visiting fans:
LSU (some good spirited, some less so, has gotten better the further away from the 90s we’ve gotten)
UF

As an Auburn fan, I’d guess we would be in the “best” group for many others.

From my personal experience, if you're sitting in the visitor section at Tiger Stadium you should always pack a poncho.

Haven't made the trip out to Mizzou yet, but I'm hoping to soon.

Auburn fans were great in 2010. The only negative was we had tailgate equipment stolen from our truck during the game.

Long drive between our schools I'm glad I made the trip in college. I'm too tired now. I'd definitely have to fly lol

Maybe Auburn fans have changed since my time at UGA but they sure weren't nice in the old days.

The average LSU alum has been digging ditches or cleaning toilets in dive bars all week. You can't expect them to magically transform into mannered, cultured types come gameday.

They don't have many fans and the fans they do have don't care if they win or lose.
