I’d be looking for some voodoo witch doctor under the stands after something like that..

And yeah, it’s my favorite game of the year not LSU related. The iron bowl is good, but the sheer unadulterated hatred of the egg bowl is second to none.

Reggie white.... damn that dude was good.
He could single handily take control of a game’s momentum within 3 downs.

Terrance Cody's FG block, 2009 season.

Had he not made the block, Alabama wouldn't have gone to the Natty for the '09 season. That was pivotal for Saban.

That was more on Lincoln than Cody. Lincoln had kicked low all game.

Good ol' Towel Rod.

The towel rod wasn't Gardner, nor did he push off. He was creating space.

Joe Craig was the towel rod guy.

I think people are saying biggest or most notable rather than best.

One that sticks with me is from 2007. It was the 4th down LSU passed rather than kicking the FG as time expired.

I guess runner up would have to be the Torrance Marshall pick 6 of Mark Farris against Oklahoma in 2000. The ref ignored a blatant block in the back on the return that would have wiped out the touchdown and maybe allowed A&M to hold on for the win.

lot of weird play, games, fights have happened between the two teams.

Pretty dang accurate Ray

The highlight that always plays in my head is the Trent Richards run play where he breaks DBs ankles towards the end. Probably not the best but recency bias I guess

I was at the ‘83 Egg Bowl. The student section was at the opposite end of stadium and we were cheering like crazy because the football was splitting the uprights until the wind stopped it in midair. Unbelievable.

Saban’s pooch onside kick in the 2016 Natty. We had all the momentum and Bama’s D was gassed.
Perfectly executed kick pretty much turned the game in Bama’ s favor.

When "Third and Chavis" let Yeldon score in the last minute of that 2012 game in BR.
