I got a chance to watch the auburn band practice last year before the LSU game at a local high school in baton rouge. They are a LSU band clone, same warmup music same concert formation and the same really good balanced sound. But I believe the GBFTL is still number one with auburn band being a very close second. props to all the sec marching bands for all your hard work, you do bring something very special to game days.

That's because their director is an LSU band product.
Alabama used to be #2 but they've been slipping. Auburn's really taken over that spot.

I liked Tennessee's band.
Mizzou's sucks. Their blah blah blah of the midwest intro pisses me off.
