Gov. Bentley signed it yesterday. Bottles may now be up to 25.4 oz and it goes into effect 8/1/12. That sound you heard was craft brewers cheering!

I've never had a problem getting drunk in Tuscaloosa.

if anyone needs new laws it's Oxford and Gainesville

only gourmet beers...so cheap domestic gameday binge drinkers will still have to suffer with 12 and 16 ounce cans.
