Well because a lot of specialty beer and craft beer are only bottled in bombers. That didn't allow ya'll to purchase some of the better styles and brands of beer just because they were bottled in a 22oz bomber.
But I guess if Millah and Coorsss drink pretty good then this point won't make any sense.

Nice. Mississippi's was just 5.5% until recently
We just got a bill passed for up to 10% that goes into effect in July.
We've always been able to drink 40s though. Strange laws.
