As in any National Championship, you have to be pretty good, and you have to have pretty good luck along the way (no major injuries or at least not many, other team missing field goals.. oh, wait)

Last Vegas odds I saw on Arkansas winning the NC had us at about 12-1. Not great odds, but certainly within the realm of 'possible'. We should be a dark horse contender.

Scoring hasn't been our problem. Keeping the other team from scoring has been a bitch though

So you think we will win our division awesome. That should be a good start to a national championship.

It would be like Arkansas to finally get to Atlanta under Petrino, only to lose by four TDs to the East opposition. Then go on to a Outback Bowl and lose to Ohio State. Since we're going with this "Georgia" prediction.

2012 Bama defense will still be >>> Hog defense
Bama Offense >= Hog offense

We lose Trent but Lacey is close. AJ is now a veteran SEC QB and we only lose 1 OL. Our WR core will probably be better than last year although very young.

How are you going to beat us?

I think Arkansas will be really good this year and if LSU and Bama don't bring their a game to Ark, either or both could lose. That being said I think y'all lost too much offensive fire power and one of the best punt returners in the country. Also I know KD is a good rb, but he really only had 2/3 of a great season( I know it was a great 2/3 but still). I don't think anyone can honestly say he will be as good or worse than he was without actually seeing him play. Ark just doesn't have the depth needed to win the BCSCG. It's logical that any program will have some kind of injury to a starter and that's where depth come in handy Ark first team on off and def are really good talent. It's when you lose a starter and all the sudden your playing third string players when that second string guy needs a reciever. As a LSU fan, I'm glad Ark ,is or has been recently a 10 win program. It makes the conference better since Florida, Tenn and Auburn are down.

how about posting the link or youtube?

Its possible, so its a way for him to pump himself up if he hits on it.

no one will blame him if it doesnt happen. Ark is #7 or so in the pre season lists.

Ark hosts both LSU and Bama.

Ark does not play USCe until November, by which time Lattimore will be beat up.

So sure. they can win the SEC at least.

Seems like a reasonable choice
