Oh Darn. He might now have to fall back on his pre-med education. Should he call up Stetson for some career advice?

Never smart to essentially give up on your best talent, which is sprinting in his case, but if he can pull a quality degree off, which most cannot, then he will be fine.

Son, If I'd only gotten to be a Doctor for 5 mins, now that would have been a tragedy...

Harbor's got this guy as his position coach now - https://gamecocksonline.com/sports/football/roster/coach/mike-furrey/

Twice nominated for the NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year Award while with the Lions, Furrey was a finalist for the prestigious award during the 2009 season as a member of the Cleveland Browns. The Walter Payton Man of the Year Award honors a player’s volunteer and charitable work as well as his excellence on the field.

Congrats on the college football titles. We'll continue to succeed in the game of life by living in South Carolina as opposed to Louisiana.

Unless they go to UGA.
For 6 years. Then it's still a toss up....

Somehow, to the surprise of no one on this board, a thread about SC naming their starting QB turned into a thread where an LSU fan pounds his chest about lower programs, and a UGA fan is suddenly a track and field expert.
I love this place.

One doesn’t need to be an expert to understand his world class potential in sprinting.

I remember in 2010 when Kirby Smart could not stop Stephen Garcia of South Carolina. Could not stop him.

The thought of having to watch Milroe struggle again this year makes me sick. Deboer will never have a great offense till he is gone or plays a different QB.

Ok. Why EXACTLY should he be on the hot seat? Because SC had a ton of injures last year on the O-Line? Beamer's o-line had 6 season ending injuries. They didn't start the same O-line combo in a single game last season. Because of the portal they only had 1 scholarship RB last year. That guy started as a QB moved to WR and THEN converted to RB? Because their best receiver nursed an injury and sat out a year while collecting a 6 figure NIL check? How are those things Beamer's fault and what could he have done to correct them? SC fans know what happened at our school last year and knows where the blame lies. Besides. None of us want Tanner hiring another football coach. .
Uh Hey there, still think he shouldn’t be?
