No, and that's a bad example. This is a bet, not a negotiation, it's not like it's giving points or anything, it's just "who will make it farther in the post season." Do you feel like Ark needs a handicap, why? They were the pre-season #1 you know.

How are Arkansas fans putting more on the line? ANYONE is able to join this bet. And the terms are the same either way.

Plus, the Board would be much better if CNB won and appreciably worse if he lost. I'm not sure there are enough good Arky posters to make this fair to CNB and the rest of us.
