A few thoguhts
-Lsu has owned this by a mile for a long time. I thought Msu would challenge. They haven't even passed up Ole Miss.
-UofSC still showing support even with a sub par team. Par for the course for the Cock fans.
-I would have thought the new ballpark alone would have had more attendance for UK. I guess the new park didn;t generate very good season ticket sales.
-Vadny, why don't you get more local support. The mid 2000s Rice squad could get ~3,500 a game. I would think yall should too.
-UGA (& UT too, kind of) why aren't you supporting a winner? UGA was good last year too so it isn't a surprise.
-MU - lolololol

Is this average attendance? Because if so a lot of the schools go off ticket sales. Ole miss claimed 8k there for Sunday’s game and maybe had 500 (due to rain)

Take the Ole Miss number with a gain of salt. I'm pretty sure they count all of their regular seats sold, then tack on 3,000 every game, as they believe that is what their outfield holds. Those seats are technically "sold" every game via student fees.

I don't think it holds nearly that many, and it definitely isn't always packed.

Their actual seating in the stadium is around 6,500 I believe.

MSU is a bit of a head scratcher. Seems with such a highly ranked team and a newly remodeled stadium they'd be right up there with LSU.

All attendance is done by ticket sales for all sports.

All of the numbers are based on ticket sales.

There has been only 2 games where the weather was baseball worthy in the new crib. I bet it will increase this weekend with the weather predicted to be in the mid 70s and Sunny.

We suck this year. New park can’t make up for that.

Our problem is the Braves are a lot closer to most fans than Athens. We have a very nice but small stadium, big deal, we have still accomplished far more than several other teams.

Vandy competes with the Sounds and their brand new stadium.

Vandy’s stadium is also a dump without bathrooms or concessions and no one wants to listen to dumb asses whistle
