The weather in Nashville really hasn't been great this Spring. It's finally starting to get consistently nice out in the past week or so. I expect those numbers will start to pick up. But as others have noted, there are a plethora of things to do on any given night in Nashville, unlike Starkville (or the 200-miles surrounding it).

Please stop. It's off season fodder for you idiots to grumble over.

Meanwhile, MSU is #2 in the nation and leading the SEC.... while only an average of 9-10K fans watch them every weekend.

Grow up.

State & LSU fans splitting hairs on attendance. Both have the most dedicated baseball fanbases.

^Honorary mention to Arkansas.

Go home Ole Miss, you're drunk. Just no.

Tenn is an embarrassment. I expected it out of Mizzou. That's CUSA level.

hasn't been really all that cold, very mild winter and early spring, but until recently it seems like it's rained every single weekend for months

The numbers speak for themselves.

I would actually argue that season ticket sales are actually carrying this number. You have to remember, it's actually still cold in Kentucky on some evenings. It is a very temperate location. Just two nights about it was high 40s in the evening. Meanwhile, in Baton Rouge, they're sweating their balls off.

EVERY school goes off ticket sales. And I was at Ole Miss Sunday. Yes the rain scattered people but much more than 500 were in the stadium and in the luxury boxes.

As far as Missouri fan acting like he knows what goes on at Ole Miss games just stfu. We have more for a weekend series than you do all season.

Truth is MSU hasn’t had good ticket sales during the midweek and that is why they are third in average.

MSU is a bit of a head scratcher. Seems with such a highly ranked team and a newly remodeled stadium they'd be right up there with LSU.

for SEC weekends we always will be, for midweek SWAC teams not so much, Starkville is just too remote.

The real question should be how is LSU not averaging far more due to location.
