It would be annoying to replace him but I couldn't blame him if he took the job. Colorado isn't an instant success or else type job. He wouldn't be following "The Man" like he did with Gary Pinkel. It would be a nice landing spot and he'd make more than we would be willing to pay a DC.

Would be my dream scenario. Chiefs get to keep Bienemy for one more year, and Mizzou doesn't have to face Odom's defenses every year.

Oh, it's good money for Odom but will be a waste of money by CU. I've seen him coach.
Has he learned to be a HC in the last few months since firing from Pittman? No. He needs a HC job at a directional school before any Power-5 HC position.

He's going to get an NFL head job sooner or later...I just can't imagine him going there unless he really just wants to go home.
