Keep an eye on Austin Shepherd and Arie K. One of those two may push Steen for the RG spot this spring.

Just imagine C. Kouandjio at LT, Warmack at LG, Jones at C, Steen at RG, and Fluker at RT. Could wind up being the best offensive line in the country next year.

Yeah, let's exclude lsu returning everyone but Blackwell And Tbob(not a big loss)

nobody is excluding anybody. did you want him to post the five starters for every team that is expected to have a good oline next year?

If Josh D gets another year I'll put our line up against Bama's again next year plus I'll take our backs over theirs. Faulk, Josh D, PJ, Williford and Hurst. Throw in La'el just for fun too. Bitch please.

staying with a friend from college right on St. Charles myself.

How old are you guys? If you're there Saturday night The Boot, Rocco's, etc might be slammed with Tulane/Loyola skanks.... We're a bit old for those places ourselves (mid-twenties). demand that your friend take you to Port of Call for a burger and a monsoon. Its on Esplanade (last street of the French Quarter) but well worth going out of the way for. One monsoon will knock you off your tee.

you have to admire a guy willing to postpone playing in the league for one more year to try to win the title that eluded him his junior year...

I have gotten a burger and a monsoon at port of call before and I plan on going again while I'm down there. We are in our mid-twenties as well, but never too old for college aged skanks lol. I will probably just follow my friends' lead. I can't wait, its going to be a blast, win or lose.

if you find yourself in the quarter though after midnight.... DEFINITELY hit the Goldmine. Thank me after. If you can't hook up there then you couldn't in a monkey whorehouse with a bag of bananas

So what? You lose two guys, we lose one, and his replacement is an upgrade, and Cyrus is no slouch at LT. Are you trying to claim LSU is going to have a better O-Line than Bama next year, or just wanting an honorable mention?

they may. who knows. We get back a very good player who had to take a medical redshirt this year. T-Bob isn't a starter. Good back up though that can fill in at all 3 interior positions.

I'm telling you LSU will if Josh D comes back. He's our best OL and he hasn't played all year. We return everybody but Blackwell and Josh D will be his replacement.

God forbid anyone ever suggest that LSU is better than Bama in any phase of the game.

Yeah, we should. He's a consensus All-American at two different positions, an Outland Trophy winner, has one national championship ring on his finger from 2009, and is also a first round draft pick. So...there really is no reason for him to return at all.

His tweet on the matter:

@BarrettAJones: Excited to be coming back for my senior season. Just couldn't turn down a chance to spend one more year in a crimson Jersey. #ilovethisplace
