Yeah, ST's would definitely be costly. But I could see our Def getting at least 3 turnovers and getting at least 13 points of of them. Probably a pick 6 by Minkah and a forced fumble on one of the sacks. The third, maybe off a blocked punt.

So UF has the best pass def and LSU already beat them.

Depends on the stats you look at.

Bama has more INT's than Fla.
Bama has given up a lower completion percentage to QB's than Fla.
Bama gives up less yards per attempt than Fla.
Bama's opponents have a lower QB rating than Fla's.

Bama's secondary has prepared all week to shut down the pass from the holder to the kicker.
THAT's how LSU beat UF, shouldn't happen again.

No one does. And that's half our pass defense. I do think we probably won't get 5 sacks like we did in the UT game because Harris is a good scrambler but we'll keep him from getting comfortable.

LSU doesn't give up sacks, either. The OL has had an unreal season...fournette makes them look good in rush offense, but the pass D has created some nice pockets. Definitely going to be a fun battle to watch.

No. It's simply reality.

Our defense is NFL caliber.

Does UF have a pass rush as good as Bama's?

Florida came into the LSU game with one of the top pass- rushing teams in the SEC and I believe the most sacks in the conference at the time (correct me if I'm wrong).

LSU oline held them to 1 QB hurry.

This.

Take out Florida's 0 sack game against LSU and they average 3.14 sacks/game. Bama averages 3.38.

Like Doc said, Bama will no doubt get pressure on Harris, but this O Line has done a great job of giving him time.

Alabama has NFL talent on defense. They are legit.

They would give a lot of NFL teams fits in the run game. I promise.

Given 12 months and 40 hours per week they probably would be one of the best DL's in the NFL because they would average higher draft picks than most NFL defensive lines. But, this is college and they only get 17 hours per week to work on their craft. We'd get torched by any NFL offense without a year to work on it.

UF was leading the SEC in sacks prior to playing us. We did not give up a sack in that game.
