This is where he either goes away for a while (1 year), or his attorney gets him off. If the gun has simply been reported as stolen, but has not yet been subject of any robbery or theft, or if he can show that there was no way for him to reasonably know (i.e. "should have known") that it was stolen, then he'll be looking at a misdemeanor soon.

You really are clueless. He wasn't even CLOSE to being the best. Eddie Williams was far more talented. He's at a Burger King because he actually committed the robberies. And he probably won't be there long. I fully expect that he'll violate his probation in the next five years and be in jail.

Pettway had 8 total tackles in 2012, DB's at bama rarely play much their freshman year (and we had a pretty legit secondary in 2012). Really can't say that either was better than the other. I think in 2013 DB had less depth thus my statement that Eddie Williams was the most needed out of the four.

Good point, forgot about Love
Scott was a 4-star on some services I believe....he was a lot like Tony Brown--all the talent in the world but couldn't get right between the ears. Williams was never impressive in practice in his short time here according to those who had access to the team.

Despite your assertions, there was a clear difference in the involvement in the crimes. That's why Williams is gone and Pettway was only kicked out for a year.
Tyler Hayes might have been given an opportunity to come back as well, based on his involvement, but I don't know.

Neither of these 2 guys are criminals. According to Obama this wkend, they are simply 2 "justice-involved individuals". But as I am far from having the mindset of such individuals, what would they be doing in a park at night with weed & a stolen handgun? Two individuals expressing their brand of sexuality or drug dealers wanna be's?
