I may not agree with the OP that we will lose, I do agree with his over all thoughts.
We could not get to A&M's QB. MSU is protecting their QB very well. Yes. Like it or not. They are only allowing a sack every 28 passing plays and they have played A&M and the top sacking team in the SEC already.
The State front 7 does a much better job on blitzing than A&M.
The OP is right. State is not what they will be because Leach is going to pull talent to them, but nobody has shut them down and they have improved every week. Please show me where we have. Don't lie. We have not improved. Not in any phase of the game.
We are going to be fighting in every game from here out.

Historically when Bama loses, they start to obliterate teams.
