Don't really know much about VT's offense. Both teams should have awesome defenses. Expect a 17-14 type game.

I personally see this being a low score game (seeing as how it will be McElroy's first game). I think close score, but I see Bama's D stopping Tech's O all night. 10-3 Bama IMO

I actually like Virginia Tech in this game. They are always stout on defense and special teams, but this year they will have at least a decent offense to compliment that. I don't like the fact that Alabama will have to be breaking in three new linemen and a new QB against a defense like Tech's. I think Tech wins. If this game were being played in November, the Tide would roll.

I think it is ok to predict a Bama win, but I think it is ridiculous to think Bama's offense is going to walk all over the VT defense.

Haven't watched VaTech play enough to make a legitimate assumption.
