Bama owes LSU a huge “Thank You!”

Saban wouldn’t be where he was in his career if it weren’t for such a great stepping stool like LSU. Winning a title there gave him the courage to move onto a bigger challenge in the pros, then eventually onto the best gig in America. Hell, he even dips into Louisiana talent to remember his younger days and first national title.
Bama fans, thank LSU for helping lift Saban onto greener and greater pastures.

LSU needs to thank Saban. Without him at Bama, we would have never fielded the greatest CFB team in the history of the game. And we did it with the shrimp boat captain! Thanks!

Yeah they need to thank us. They are not creative enough to find their own good head coach. They had to go get an LSU coach.

"stepping STOOL" Freudian slip?

That's still never happened
GOATS don't win games by 3, 5, and 7 points. That's 20% of your games last season decided by 1 score. GOATS may have an off week and do it once against good competition, but 3 times? Nah. Go find the "close games" for '95 nebraska and '01 Miami.

How many top 10 wins do they have vs 2019 LSU?

2019 LSU beat 7 top 10 teams.
Including the top 4 preseason teams.

That would actually be in the NFL.... where he FAILED MISERABLY!!
So truth... LSU put him the spotlight, but his failure in the NFL allowed bama to land him.

Wrong. Miami improved in many statistical categories under Saban.

Wth does that have to do with being the greatest team?
LSU had 4 victories over the final top 10 fwiw (2009 bama had 3 with 1 less game, 2020 bama will also have 4 with a victory monday). Impressive, but call that what it is. A great season against a tough schedule. You can't justify calling it the greatest team when 20% of their games were decided by a single score.

No they didn't. They beat 4. It's sad to see y'all claim a win over 8-5 texas as a top 10 win

Actually we also owe them for the catch against Stingley in the end zone that won him the Heisman.
