What this stat shows me, after looking at a few coaches, is most face maybe 3-4 a year. And even the most successful coaches are at, or just above, .500 against those opponents. Yet, somehow this thread turned into a "Alabama and Nick Saban is just over-hyped". For God's sake, Les Miles is only 12-10 since 2005.
