LSU does have a good defense.
It is just scary as hell to think about Alabama having such a strong offense and defense that (while initially maybe not as dominant as in the past) is also one of the best in the country.
Right now, I am not sure who could beat Alabama.

The only Stat that matters is Lsu hasn't scored on Alabama since 2014 in Baton Rouge. The only Stat that matters is BAMA is 8 for 8 in the last 8 Winners. 4 in T-Town and 4 at Bryant Denny South.

Tua could most likely have done a lot more in the second half had he not spent most of it running 44 yards for a TD. Seriously, he lumbered through the entirety of your “first string defense” with a knee brace and a bum leg and not one of them could catch him. It was both hilarious and sad to behold.
I understand that maybe finding a diamond to be proud of in the horrific rough that was last night for you may help to ease the pain a bit, so I won’t argue with you. You’re right. Your defense did not play nearly as badly as your offense did. Good job, champ!
