I am being dead serious. I have lurked on the bammer scout board, BOL, and tide fans. None of those boards would be good boards for rival fans to post on

Tider Insider is hands down the best but it's $48/year and rivals aren't allowed.

It's very rare for me to ever post on BOL, and I just flat don't post on Tidesports. I go to Tidesports for some of Bone's recruiting info, and for the videos. I go to BOL for the premium content. I come here for the message boards.

There are a few guys who post on the non-premium BOL boards that are just Bama versions of CC, albeit slightly more intelligent. They do have severe anger/little man problems though.

Tidefans is great if you think exactly way the Mods do, don't say anything negative (ever), don't like reading anything negative (ever), have a shitty sense of humor (or non at all), and like Miatas.

Tidefans usually has some decent recruiting info, but I hardly post there. I've been threatened with being banned about 3 times and I have like three hundred posts. They tend to be a little to much on the politically correct side, although some of there posters are very knowledgeable, it prevents any good convo that isn't bama positive from taking place.
Tidesports sucks 99% of the time, the only good part is there are a few insiders that post there and they get news out a couple hours to it being made public. And I also go there for the vidoes, articles, and pressers.
But as far as being able to speak freely about good topics, the sec rant is by far the best.

I've only read the OP...but I guarantee you that the majority of Bama fans will answer that this board, the SEC Rant, is the best Bama football board...

Is TD's with its' SEC and Tiger Rant the best there is? I've looked for other message boards for other teams, but haven't found anything quite like TD- but I'm not sure if is because I have my P&G glasses on.

the format and overall allowance given by the staff here is what makes this one the best. Navigation is 10X better than any other forum board.

Rival's on Tidefans are few & far between.

P&G glasses aside, this is the best board around, IMO.
