See when you treat your staff with respect the way Saban does you get loyalty from your staff unlike tyrants like Orgeron who runs players and staff off.

That’s rich. I read an article about Zach Thomas this morning where he got into an argument with Saban during practice in his first season with the Dolphins. Zach cussed lil’ Nicky out and several coaches approached him later in private and said he was their hero.
