The game came down to the last possession. I don't think you know what "Garbage Time" means.

The game came down to a gimmick play that had no chance in working after Prevent D gave you a TD with less than 2 min left. Go figure out what garbage time is.

And how can you not say that LSU gave Sumlin the blueprint for beating Bammer?

How often does TAMU line up under center and hand the ball off out of an I-formation with a blocking fullback?

yeah, lol. Better change your entire offense boys.

TAMU didn't move the ball at all after we made an adjustment. Bama is going to start the game in that formation.

You're right. He is only average.

I don't think this is a ridiculous question. But instead we get attention-whoring posts from LSU fans and the smug non-answers from the Gumps

The worst thing for aTm could have been coming to the SEC. Now you have a Big bro and a mean Cousin to whoop your asses on a yearly basis. Enjoy 3rd in the west and 5th in the league.

Not only that, but Alabama runs a complicated defense that Johnny Football hasn't seen before. We disguise our coverage/blitzes better than anyone in the country. LSU had the talent/experience against that defense to counter balance it/know what to expect.

A&M does not have that same luxury.

Good God, it's like you're just throwing out terms you heard on here and are desperately trying to use them to appear to know football.

A prevent formation is supposed to PREVENT a score. Saying that lining up in prevent "gives away" a TD is hilariously wrong.

Garbage time is when your team is up by so much that the other team's 1st string offense scores against your 2nd or 3rd string defense for a meaningless score. That game had no garbage time.

Go read up on the terms you're trying to throw around before you try to talk sports again.

Why are LSU fans sticking up for Bama more than Bama fans are?

Alabama played like shite yet still handled a team on the road that the Aggies lost to at home

Of course LSU had nothing to do with this correct?

Let's see Bama outplays LSU last year and LSU wins but Bama fans say it was luck and Bama is better.

This year LSU outplays Bama and Bama wins but it's because Bama played bad? Seems logical from a Bama fan I guess..

That same anemic LSU offense was enough to beat your shitty team "at home."

As a matter of fact, What has aTm done against good defenses? 0-2

After a close scare, Alabama has traditionally come back in full form the following week.

I'd rather play Alabama after they'd been killing people and hope they were underestimating the competition. That said, in the few games that Alabama has played close over the years, they've come back much stronger.

A prevent defense is to not allow teams to get touchdowns fast or to stop the clock. Db's line up 20 yards deep and along the sidelines to make you complete passes over the middle and keep the clock running. Good luck next time though.

LSU may have won, but our 7 points of missed field goals is what beat us.

Actually, LSU's offense looked as good as any offense I have seen in the SEC this season. Yes, I recognize that their offense has been pretty crappy most of the season but Sat. night against Bama, Mett, their OL, receivers and RB's played extremely well.

What you are overlooking is what most outside the SEC miss: Bama and LSU have 2 of the best defenses in the nation. While USC was scoring 51 points on Oregon's shitty defense, Bama, LSU, Florida and maybe even Georgia would have been dominating Oregon's offense with a combination of size and speed/athleticism.

A&M has already found out what it's like to play solid SEC defenses in your loses to Florida and LSU. You will find out again when you play Alabama. Also, don't be surprised with the future NFL talent on Bama's OL, dominates your DL.
