With the Pac 12 and Big 12 stumbling over themselves, it’s looking like a sure thing that the SEC is getting two teams in the playoffs again. Those two teams will be Bama and LSU. Furthermore, LSU will be #1.

I can’t see how anyone can justify not having LSU as #1 right now (THREE top 10 wins), but they’ll be the clear #1 by year end. That was a dominating performance over a team that’s beat down a number of SEC teams that others have struggled with (USC, UT, Vandy).

LSU will win a close one over Bama, especially with Tua needing rest. They only lost a close one due to Tim Tebow’s Tears Day magic.

LSU wins out as SEC champs. Bama gets in at #3 with 1 loss. Book it.

It’s shiny and bright. Me wants to bite it but I think I will have to pass.

Yeah, right. LSU is better than everyone thought, but the playoffs are a stretch. We’re just enjoying the ride.

I firmly aebelieve the winner of the LSU/ Bama game makes the playoff. However, two SEac teams are not realistic due to Norte Dame running the table.

LSU/ Bama winner
Note Dame
Ohio State
Clemson

Assuming the other three teams run the table.

LSU beats Bama in the regular season, runs the table and wins the SEC. Then Bama beats LSU in the playoffs and LSU fans heads explode.

Not trolling, but isnt this the same argument folks criticized Bama about regarding FSU last year?

How can Auburn and Miami be looked at as a marquee wins at this point?

LSU May be the best team in the country. I think O is the coach who finally takes down Saban.

Notre Dame is going to spoil that party.

Don't think a 1 loss Bama, non-SEC champ gets in this year unless there's some major upsets going forward.

Not sure LSU could beat Florida in SEC championship. Florida going to be tough matchup for Bama or LSU.

They may not be “marquee” wins, but LSU far and away has the best wins to this point in the season.

Is that what they call it when both your lines get dominated?

Bama would be better off losing a close on and resting during second championship game like they did last year

Haven't you heard yet...Georgia was overrated, just like every other LSU opponent.

No chance, it's SEC Champ Bama and that is it for the SEC.
