Bigger issue in my mind are increasing property taxes and insurance costs...my mortgage has gone up $1,000+ per month the past 5 years...doesnt feel sustainable regardless of mortgage.

Agree - the kid has done his best. The line has sucked this year and last year the defense sucked. Support him and whoever is on the field the rest of the year. It's over and negativity at this point won't help anything.

I really don't see how we can make "housing more affordable" at this point...the market has been set and modern economies depend to at least a solid degree on 3% growth...if there is a massive re-pricing of real estate a lot of people will get killed and maybe for the best in the long run but will be a tough road for years for many.
Honestly the only hope is for AI and robots to make work pretty much optional with a high income UBI (aka Musk's prediction).
If the world could become more secure and less need for massive defense budgets that would help also.

It says they have a 30 day return policy - assuming that mean you can use it for 3-4 weeks and return right?
I have 6 acres and costing $500 per mow and even if I got a riding mower there is still blowing and weedeating and can't devote the time to do it all right myself anyway. That said, if a robot could take care of the mowing I could handle the edge stuff.

Trading defensive tackle Kenny Clark and two first-round draft picks for Micah Parsons - not a bad deal for the cowboys. They weren’t winning this year either way and won’t win the SB with Dak anyway.

I just got some acreage and people are quoting me at $500+ to mow. An outdoor construction guy I know said to get a commercial grade mower because I can sell for 50% in 5 years.

On episode 5, pretty good
It might have been cancelled but it has a very clean end. Maybe they knew season two was it or they were done generally after two seasons
Persevered but really enjoyed the whole series.
Won’t spoil the end and it was maybe a little slow at points but I thought it was really good. Fully recommend - a lot going on beneath the surface
