He didn't use the word "and". He used a "-", as though the two were automatically synonymous and anything other was lesser.

You're an english major, too?

You are insulting. See how that works?

I've always respected Saban and the Bama team. Not so much the fan base. Hard to argue with what the team has done on the field and they usually represent their school well.

Your feelings getting hurt?

Just to be clear you're getting all bent out of shape over these words:

Dude seems like a really strong Christian - all around good dude.

Oh the persecution you must be feeling right now!

If God isn’t real, why did he make Jesus’ Birthday during Toyotathon?

I detect a snowflake still angry that wife-of-dress-staining-willie lost the election. Why are you so angry with religion? Did someone tell you and your "partner" that your life choices are wrong?

I don't know why I made it this far into this derailed thread.

Thanks for making it worthwhile.

What do you know about The Giant Spaghetti monster?

Also what would you say to the thousands of other theologians in the world about being a "strong Christian" or let me guess, "they wouldn't last long"?

Giant Spaghetti Monster is a term I find offensive. But I am not going to cry about it, this is a free country. Tua is not ashamed of his faith in Jesus and proclaims it for one and all to see and hear, and to me that is refreshing.

Mekhi Brown has cooled off and apologized for his actions, and he was very upset that his actions cost the team. I would like to know just what happened to set him off like that, he allowed himself to be baited by UGA players.

Gonna be a fun next two years watching him play. Saban has never had a true Heisman contender at the QB position before. Bama will be scary good with him. Feel bad for Hurts - he is also a standout guy.

I'm enjoying this win right now but I know that any time a special player shows up for any team in the SEC, the competition just gets stronger.

I think with Alabama, Georgia, Auburn and a couple of other teams playing great football, the SEC will completely dominate the rest of college ball in the next year or two -- once again.

If the OP is religious and likes a player who is religious, what do you care?
