Dont think LSU is stupid enough to pay Lyles for something shady, if they did the tracks were covered to where its his word vs. theirs.
Ton of journalists looking to make their careers off cheating (the legend that is Thayer), more will be written thats 1 sided.

Please explain?
A lot of people think Lyles would be classified as a booster. A booster with personal relationships with recruits and seemingly recruiting them for the schools he does business with.
I'm not a NCAA expert so I dont know the specific rules concerning boosters nor do I care.

Explain to me how he's a booster?
A street agent i can see, but doesn't a booster actually pump money into an athletic department, maybe i don't know what a booster it.

They pump money too. But I think it can be anybody who has the school's 'best interest'.
If you're paying a recruiting service they simply can't be recruiting for you.
Same thing if somebody at AU is paying Sean Nelson for a recruiting service

yea, i thought you had to put money into the athletic department. but based off the link just provided, lyles could be considered a booster if he aided in recruiting.

He may be considered more of a outside recruiter on behalf of the school than a Booster. Which is also against the rules.
Recruiter meaning steering the player to the school. Not just providing scouting reports to the school.
