If you watched the video you would see the child isn't the target it is the guy with his back to the glass trying to get Mike to pounce. He must have a cat at home.

You must be thinking Willis
Here is another clarification from the same article.

quote:

Reduced the permissible number of signees from 28 to 25 and moves back the start date for the window for counting date back to Dec. 1. Allow signees to be exempt from the 25 limit if they can be counted as an initial counter in the current year.

So if the EE comes in and LSU has been under the 85 limit during (say 84) the current year then one of the EE is exempt from the 25 rule but all other EEs would be required to count toward the 25 limit. Not sure if that means they are required to sign a LOI. Don't really see the point given the EEs are already on scholarship and enrolled in classes.
Really and no rebuttal?

Many including myself up to a few days ago thought we had to play with 83 but according to the NCAA 22 page report that is not true. That ended last season.

To count back you have to have less than 85 in the previous year. True

EE don't sign a LOI on NSD... True

SEC has a new rule that I believe goes in effect this class where only 25 LOI can be signed on NSD. Over that would either have to be an EE or greyshirt.

quote:

Starting next year, SEC teams will be allowed to sign only 25 football players to a national letter-of-intent. The period that encompasses will be changed to Dec. 1 to May 31 and will include mid-year and summer enrollees as well.

EE can only be counted back if we played under the 85 this year. No one really knows exactly who is on scholarship or not and the coaching staff rarely releases that info.

But if we played under we can count that many back and still sign the 25 max on NSD.
Just didn't have enough credits squeezed in. Haven't heard any looking around chatter. Just stuff like he is keeping in contact with LSU and all the commits and still working on non committed guys.
That was the plan but not going to happen.
Maybe some these have changed:

Dural
Hawkins -- Needs confirmation
Louis
Feist
Miller
Alexander
Ferguson

Yea the reality show where the black girl who looked like a horse stringed him along to her advantage while at the same time getting with the other guys on the show. Classic

All the girls were making fun of his tiny little Alabama package too.

Maybe Arky will stop trying to make up a fake Rivalry with LSU now.

Probably not...

Last I heard, I am sure some of the statuses could change:

Dural
Johnson
Hawkins
Ferguson
Louis
Feist
Made of paper since his HS days.
QB is struggling. None of the 4 passes gave Avery a chance and 2 of them were easy picks.

We went to check on his grades after saying he wanted in our class. Gonzales made the trip and then we decided not to offer. I assume he came up empty handed trying to get the transcripts.

All schools seem to want to wait and see how he plays this season since he sat out last year. Don't believe he has made many camps either.
Not the story with these two. They were dating in HS and she graduated and came to LSU a year before he did.
We couldn't be that lucky? Could we.
