I'd be a lot more interested if Stidham weren't starting

I don’t even remember which bowl game you’re in

The refresh button usually helps accomplish that.

Same. I'm sitting here and don't know what bowl or who they are playing.

Purdue got beat 41-10 by Minnesota. Don't frick this up, Auburn.

Since Auburn beat Washington and Purdue beat Ohio St., the Music City marketing people should promote their game as their two teams beating the two teams that are playing in the Rose Bowl. Something tells me they won't think of that.

Gus is 1-4 in bowls, might as well be 1-5.

Could be worse. It’s an ok opponent in a great location

Nashville is fine and Purdue is at least "different"
But aside from the general discontent about the program, Purdue is a weak brand school who is overachieving under a good coach with a highly-energized fan base.
In other words, there is very little to like about the opponent if you're Auburn.
Oh, and they have Tyler Trent on their side

Fair enough. The cities are just a matter of preference. I will say that both teams are probably better than their record indicates
