Last year we beat Louisville
'14 beat Arkansas
'13 beat Wash State
'12 lost to Clemson
'11 beat Utah State (played a horrible game though)
'10 beat Clemson
The last 6 years we have a record of 5-1 with the only loss being in one of the worst seasons in history.
The only time I can think of where we shite the bed out of the gate was in the early 2000s

He might be referring to the aforementioned game against Clemson in 2012, along with the 2005 game against Georgia Tech, 2003 game(s) against Southern Cal (and Georgia Tech) and 2002 against Southern Cal...
But it has been a while since Auburn struggled in the first game.

Held 2012 Clemson to 26 points when they had Tajh Boyd, Sammy Watkins, Nuke Hopkins, Martavis Bryant, Jaron Brown, Andre Ellington and so forth.

We don't have a QB on the roster who has looked like a competent division 1 football player.
All our receivers are true freshman.
We lost both of our tackles.
We are playing probably the best college football player since Cam Newton with a new defensive coordinator who apparently blows.
So obviously we will get destroyed.
However, we are Auburn so since we will spend all off season talking about how we should get destroyed we will probably win.

Why fsu played a joke of a schedule
Just like most acc teams
Oh yea and u lost to a severely undermanned team in Houston
Jimbo is a fraud without Jamies great coach in the acc at least

I think FSU has a pretty tough schedule this year. Clemson, Louisville, UNC and Miami should all be top teams in the ACC this year. Couple those games with games against Ole Miss and UF, its not really a joke of a schedule...at least not as much as UF's has been of late with the SEC East being as mediocre as it has been the last couple of years.
