Hows the savior Bohannon working out? 5-13 and last in the SEC...

Breaking: first year coach faces struggles

Also, didn’t he recruit the majority of the players on Auburn’s team?

I don’t know, maybe? Our recruiting hasn’t really dropped off since then.

So Tanner Burns, one of the top pitching prospects in the country who was drafted 37th overall, came to Auburn for assistant Brad Bohannon who's never worked with pitching in his career and not for the pitching guru Butch Thompson? That makes total sense.

If anything Bohannons recruiting is the reason we aren't better right now. We have one of the best pitching staffs in the country thanks to Butch, but our bats are terrible. If our bats could produce a serviceable amount of offense most games then we'd be top 10 still.

Do I really need to provide links to all the Bama fans who have claimed that Bohannon was the reason for Butch's success?

The kid who is in this gif went to middle school with me in Jax Beach. His name is Lane, I watched him get arrested in Neptune Beach for bringing his amp and guitar onto first street, and playing the Hendrix version of the national anthem on 4th of July, after the police told him not too. This gif is him in a hurricane in Jax.

Except matthew never hit jax with hurricane force winds... and this video was early af in that day, long before we had really strong winds. And closing down more roads at the beach 4th of July actually sucks dick, frick that daywalker.

You'd think this video would've got him the mascot job he was actually going for. Some of us actually remember the circumstances.

A sweep doesn’t prove that one way or the other. I mean hell, Alabama swept you last year in Auburn.

I don’t know about that. I know it’s Auburn’s first series win against Alabama since 2011. And first series win in Tuscaloosa since 2004.

This is all true as well as it being the first sweep in Tuscaloosa since 1976

And thank Cappy, I appreciate you congratulating us on taking over the state in baseball

Well yea, I’m glad he’s not dumb enough to stand out there in serious hurricane force winds. It wouldn’t be as cool of a gif if he was hit by flying debris.

Or maybe you don’t know how 4th of July works in Neptune Beach. Close roads?? it’s first street on the 4th packed with thousands of people on there beach cruisers. It’s practically already closed for any vehicles, other than th officers.
