Choctaw, you commenting on any matter involving Dyer, Frazier, or Malzahn is absurd due to the bias you have. When you have some objectivity come back and comment on this topic.

Yep, but the writing was on the wall suposedly. Heard one of the coaches comment on this once (Chiz, Trooper or Malzahn - can't remember which). Apparently it was known he was out before Chiz or Malzahn agreed to go after Cam.

Not sure how accurate the story is, but that was the story one of them was telling after the fact.

I went to every home game he played in his senior year. I'm really not trying to run the kid down, he is a great young man, but he has never been a great passing qb. Time will tell, but I never understood all the the love he got during high school. The kid Arkansas got last year was a much better passing qb in a tougher classification and got very little attention.

My thoughts exactly. I've seen him play several games and he never has been a very good passer. Perhaps he can develop into one but his throwing motion reminds me a lot of how Kodi Burns throws.

On a sidenote I'm talking into my iPhone right now and it's translating everything I say on Tiger droppings. Steve Jobs is the fricking man.

oh i dont know.... maybe because every other young QB ive seen in the SEC has shown at least some ability? So far he's an okay runner and a below average passer. aka Chris Relf

I don't know, cause he was hanging out with Cam for a while after Cam got here. They were seen at a couple of basketball games together, etc. I think it also had something to do with Tyrik thinking he was better than every other QB on the roster and that it was gonna be his time, or something to that effect.

He's #3 on the depth chart at Sam Houston State, FWIW.

I know you're an expert on Auburn football, but maybe you should watch a little more than 12 plays to determine how good he is.

Like who? Was it after only 10 passes in spot situations?

He's never going to concede that his sample size is too small. Frazier will never pan out in his mind.

He mentioned Stafford and Murray, but both were early enrollees who went through spring and Murray red-shirted a year I believe. Also, I believe Stafford threw a bunch of interceptions in his first few games.

He sure did. He would have played some but he had an arm injury that he had to sit out most of the fall for.

That hilarious burn was on page 2 or 3.

Trying to get that post count up?

Sorry when I saw an aubie say you run a complicated offense it was to easy. How bout you leave one guy in for a couple series instead of rotating every play, so dumb

That is correct.

Tebow didn't throw a whole lot during his freshman year either...granted, he throw more than KF, but not a ton.

Don't think it's the offense that is complicated its understanding the defense what scheme they are in picking up the blitz audible man coverage ect ect.. This is whats tough for young qb's to learn and I'm assuming this is why Frazier hasn't played more.

I've been right about everything I've posted about the three you mentioned so far and I'm very confident I'm right about Fraizer as well. The bottom line is that Fraizer isn’t now or never has been a very good passer. You liking that or not will not change that fact. Perhaps he can develop into one but it’s unlikely he will do so under Gus.

Didn't he throw for 3K yards as a senior and was rated a 5* QB?

tebow is a great example. He was spot duty with leak but made enough plays his freshman year to believe he had some potential.

Let's say Frazier isn't Chris Relf. Would you be ok with JJ?

He hardly passed the ball at all in spot duty. His primary passing numbers came from games where he ran the offense against Western Carolina and UCF in mop up duty during blow outs. Outside of those 2 games he was 6 for 12.

ETA: Tebow was also an early enrollee who was able to go through spring practice and summer workouts.
