Well, after the way that was officiated it was fitting the difference was the two technical fouls and the run it stopped. Good game.

That guy down low for A&M is real good. That sucked, but I’m not even mad, since the loss does little to our tourney(s) slots and does nothing but piss our boys off. Good game Aggies, you did what you needed.

That's a 4 point swing in addition to the ridiculous calls/no-calls all game. (There were 3-4 bad calls against AM, but it really was mostly against Auburn). Nothing anyone could say could convince me we don't win that game with good refs.

Nebo fouled out on a BS call. AU got fricked on numerous calls. The refs were awful all game.

Meh. We played poorly for much of the game as well. I didn't like the officiating, but I think playing through bad officiating is just part of the game (unfortunately).

Yea. I'd argue they let a lot of A&M fouls go uncalled and then called them on us. The final tally was 23-16 or something like that...in the end the crazy T's led to 4 points but they also stopped a huge Auburn run that was heading toward a big lead.
A&M hit shots after that point any time Auburn cut it close and we continued to make poor decisions with the ball late.

It confirms my suspicion that conference refs stage upsets late in the season to get more teams into post-season action.

100% agree. The Nebo kid fouled out without being near the play. But that was a minute after AU got mauled on an offensive charge and subsequent fast break with nothing. Maybe it was a make up call, but was ridiculous. Bad officiating sucks, but you can handle it when it’s consistent bad officiating. This was all over the place from ticky-tack to actually having to draw blood for a foul

Cant forget the 3 point play in which an AU player never fouled the big guy and help D swatted the ball off the backboard. If you dont remember it was just before Pat Adams called his 3rd and 4th technicals on the Pearls this year.
