It isn't anywhere near as bad as some of the crazies at ITAT, though it is probably run by an ITATer.

Iron Tiger and 2 others gave ITAT a bad rap with their Operation Red Dog and packet stuff but it really isn't nearly as bad as it is made out to be here. Like every other team site you are mainly only getting one point of view and I will admit that the hatred of all things bammer is a lot over the top but the majority of the posters there would fit in here quite well.

Link?

They are not even close to ATPB, IBleedCrimsonRed, Capstone Report, AuburnGate, or any of those conspiracy theory bullshite sites.

If anything, they're the polar opposite. Reigning in those fringe idiots with sound logic.

And if there was any debate that they were right about any and everything they've said, I think it can be put to bed after this week.

Case in point. Finebaum did exactly like I said today. Read the NtYF article mockingly as usual.

This might have been mentioned (read most of the thread).

But, what about seastrunk? we stopped recruiting this guy when he had his heart set on AU (video evidence). We get blamed for pay 4 play but yet when a top recruit wanted to be here bad and we just quit recruiting him, then later it turns out he was being shopped.

What does that say about AU and pay 4 play? None of us could figure out why we didn't call this guy back. If we are such big cheaters then why would we stop at cam? AU has been the victim of a smear campaign fueled by jealousy.

It's to see all these people "claim" to "know" we cheated when there is a huge pile of evidence that says we didn't. I know there are plenty of people who are to emotionally vested in this to let it go but when the NCAA spends over a year combing your program trying to find dirt and come up with nadda you're only lying to yourself.

It's been great for us aubies knowing that our university was in the right all along. All signs point toward the original thought..
Kenny Rogers and shady co. Wanted cam, talked about money with Cecil who wrongfully didn't turn down the idea (hence why he never spoke in the meetings).

MSU said "whoa, we dont wanna hear that" or something to that affect.

Cecil knew it was gonna cost his son his dream so he cut ties and told Cam he wanted him to go to AU.

A father (ESP a preacher father) wouldn't tell his son this stuff. Would you tell your son "I cheated on your mother"? Anybody who says that he had to know is kidding themselves.

The fact that not ONE TIME did anything get pointed out that AU ot cam had anything to do with it says alot. Even John bond and Rogers stated they knew nothing about AU. if they were being sold up the river and all their dirty laundry being aired they would have blown the whistle to save face.

Meanwhile AU get investigated over a year and NOTHING. all signs say you guys were wrong. You'll never admit it and some of you still believe you know more than the NCAA about this. That's no skin off our nose at this point, we have been saying all along exactly what happened. So war eagle everybody and it's great to be an auburn tiger!

Auburn wasn't right for seastrunk. We are a dirty institution and his character prevented him from acting on the will to accept money and come to auburn. That didn't stop us from continuing to pursue him challenging his moral compass. Fortunately for him he ended up in oregon where his concious is clear and the team would become a perfect fit for him.

I'm sure everything with Cam Newton was totally legit. It makes total sense to think his agent/dad would ask MSU for $180k, then play for Auburn for free.

I don't care if the NCAA couldn't PROVE anything. Just because you're good at hiding cheating doesn't mean that you didn't cheat.

That's retarded - MSU reported that his dad asked for $180k. Of course they didn't offer to pay it and report it. Whatever point you're trying to make with that is meaningless.

Yet you're saying with a certainty that auburn paid him based on a huge leap of faith, based off spotty facts.
