A surprising, but excellent hire by Auburn. The guy has had success at every level he's been at. I think he could have waited a year and gotten a better gig, but obviously he didn't think that was the case. In an SEC that is weak on good all-around coaches, Pearl should be able to may a quick impact in a few years (that is if he stays at AU)
