My thoughts on your schedule
Sept 3 UTAH STATE - W
Sept 10 MISSISSIPPI STATE - L - Mississippi State doesn't lose a lot of people off of their team that only lost to you by 3 points. I think that because they get you early in the year, your young team will not have enough time to gell together and will lose this game.
Sept 17 @ Clemson - W - I really think this is a tossup game, but I have to pick so I am saying you beat them.
Sept 24 FLORIDA ATLANTIC - W
Oct 1 @South Carolina - L - You beat them 2 times last year and play them at their place, I am sure that they will be ready to pay you back, plus they still have Lattimore and Jeffery.
Oct 8 @ Arkansas - L - I think ya'll get blown out in this game, but if it makes you feel good, I think this team is really really good.
Oct 15 FLORIDA - W - I don't know why, but I feel like ya'll will come off of the 2 game losing streak with some anger and take it out on Florida.
Oct 22 @ Lsu - L - LSU gets you at home and gets to take revenge on last years' game. Just like Arkansas, not close.
Oct 29 OLE MISS - W
Nov 12 @ Georgia - L - I just can't see MR team being bad 2 years in a row.
Nov 19 SAMFORD [HC] - W
Nov 26 ALABAMA - L - See LSU & Arkansas, the only difference is that you get them at your place, but I still don't think it is going to be close.
You guys probably have THE WORST October schedule in College Football next season, add to that 3 of 4 of those games are on the road. I think that most intelligent people will tell you that next year will be a year of getting younger guys used to playing in the SEC. I think that Auburn will have a good team in 2012, but I do think that 2011 will be a learning year.
My overall prediction - 7-6 with a win over whoever you play in a bowl game.

Why is it the new cool thing to predict MSu beating AU every off seson? They have beaten us once in a decade and only about 3 games have been competitive. AU wiped the floor two years ago and last year we only palyed about 25% of our offense.

I with you on this. Until a team has a break through win or is really good going into the following year, you still go with the one who has the streak. MSU was good last year but no one is saying they will be anything but just good again. Auburn wins that one.
Also the LSU and Bama games will be close losses not blow outs. LSU blows no one out and Bama/AU is generally a close game.
I think 8-4 is a good guess but could be 7-5 with a bad break or 9-3 with the emergence of another unknown breakout performer.
